This policy explains how POWER TECH S.R.L. collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended (Italian Privacy Code). Each of our apps and portals has its own privacy notice covering data processed inside that product.

What data we collect
- Contact data you give us: name, email, company, and the content of your message, when you write to us or use the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and date and time, recorded automatically in server logs by our hosting provider for security and operation.
- Consent choices: your cookie preferences, stored in your own browser.
- Business contact data of partners, suppliers and clients, needed to manage our commercial relationship.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 through this website.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers acting on our behalf as processors under art. 28 GDPR, such as hosting, email and IT providers, and our accountants;
- public authorities, where the law requires it;
- professional advisers bound by confidentiality, where needed to protect our rights.
An up-to-date list of our processors is available on request.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we make sure the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission, together with any additional safeguards needed.
Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Use our data rights page or write to privacy@pwrtech.it. We reply within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you why.
Complaints
If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma, or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access control and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will inform you as the GDPR requires.
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
